Sir, I have made registry of plot by 6 dd and 2 of them are retured by bank, so seller party now wants to cancel registry while its bank fault and now i am reday to pay that amount in cash.Then registry could be automatically cancelled.

Obtain copy of the memo issued by bank and also in writing from BM that bank is at fault and defend your interest.If required make the BM and bank a party.
Remain amiable with seller and affirm to take up with Bank and get the error corrected.
