Regarding properties distribution based on will

We are of six brothers and myself is second son . my mother made a will in that she didnt include myself and my brother names in the will for a property. She had written that after her death the property must share among the rest four brothers. My question is if we comprimise and settle the property among all the six brothers then how should cancel a will which is registered
