Dear Sir,
I have purchased agricultural land 1.5 acres for 20L and agreement also done on Rs. 500 estamp paper with Notary worth of Rs. 1000 (I have notary paid Rs. 1000 receipt) in Jun 2017. But still we are waiting for sale deed. My question is now I am planning to apply for LPG gas distributor agency and showing this said land for this.
Is this land being eligible to apply for LPG gas agency for godown & showroom ? Can I show sale of agreement which is done in Rs. 500 estamp paper with notary?
Please I need your valuable guidance on this?
