my friend wanted money that is when i gave my two wheelers documents, voter id to one of my financier friend but never took money from him i even signed the form 29 and 30. He ended up blackmailing me for money when he hasn't got me any. So i ended up in the police station and gave a complaint saying i had lost my two weeler documents and voter id and had even got made a notery done. later i applied for duplicate documents and i also received it in march 2013. Now the question is can that financiar friend of mine get my two wheeler transferred in his name ? please help me. I am very much scared .
