Regarding land pledged

sir,

my father had bought an agricultural land  measuring  4 acres in tamilnadu.the land was pledged before I purchased it from the owner of the land i was unaware of this at the time of registration. the land was sold to me at privillage market rate. now the party to whom the land was pledged has filed a  civil case and the court has attached my share of land also,the case is still going on.I want a copy of details of attachment whom should i approach regarding this .please inform
