Hi Sir/Madam,
I am staying abroad. We are planning to buy the property. I am planning to give GPA to my wife to take care the loan process. Sale deed will be on her name only. I want to go at the registration time and I want to register property on my name . Is it possible if i give GPA to her for loan and sale deed and register on my name ?
