Regarding exparty for child i.a in divorce o.p

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had filed for divorce and also filed an I.A for child custody & visitation in the same divorce O.P.
 
After reconciliation she filed a petition saying wrong jurisdiction , gave GPA to her father saying leaving to USA and stopped attending the court.
 
Later I had re-submitted in the proper jurisdiction as per the Hon'ble Court Order.
 
There was no address to serve the notice as she claims she left to USA.
 
I had filed for paper publication and judge passed an order for expartee and asked to submit chief affidavit for evidence.
 

What should be written in the chief affidavit? Same as divorce O.P ? Do I need to mention about child custody in this? Will judge give expartee for I.A (child custody & visit) also ?

You should mention whole facts of ur case as well as child custody. Perform ur duty rest leave on the court.
