1. When she can get married again ?
2. What is the appeal period so that she has to wait for a remarriage?

if family court judge has passed the ex party divorce decree,the who s against has passed can file set aside petition for set aside the decree of divorce and restoring the matters in same court only,the question doesnot arise to go for higher court.
