sir this is regarding my land in kangeyampalayam panchayat in coimbatore ,tamilnadu.The land is totally 10 cents , an agricultural land which has a patta in my wife name. now we are thinking of building a house in this site ,since there are lot of nearby houses and a lay out adjacent to this land. now my query is- what are the documents to be acquired from panchayat for the land to be converted into residential land ? we have submitted our plan copy to panchayat office.
