iam basically from telangana state, my caste in telangana belongs to BC category. my caste in karnataka is ST category. in some other states it is SC. so do i have any chance to get st caste certificate. even if it requires any long process iam ready to do so.

No. Not Possible at all to change caste. You belong to Telangana State. You may have residence of any perticular District where record of your ancestral where kept. As per that record you will get Caste certificate. Religion can be change, caste cannot there is specific judgment of Supreme Court. So, don't go in any other state, if you do what you are thiking you may end up in forgery, cheating and never ever you will get Govt. Job.
