Regarding builder's unilateral decisions

I recently purchased a unit (residential)in a 16 storeyed building. I was shown various amenities in the building and after feeling satisfied with them I went ahead to do purchased agreement.
One of the amenities is lush green garden which is well maintained.
Now after about a month of purchase, builder is about to sell other flats which are adjoining garden area. Now builder is showing flat to the customers saying the garden will be fenced from other parts of building so as to be included
into the said flat area .
can a builder sell the common area to just one customer adjoining that particular flat ,like this ?
To prevent him from doing so ,what are the legal options available ?
