Regarding bc reservation in andhra pradesh state govt jobs

Sir, My question is regarding reservation in Andhra Pradesh state govt jobs. I have applied for one of the notification issued by APPSC in OC category. Although I belong to BC-D(creamy later), I cant claim for Non-creamy layer certificate for getting reservation benefits. So, my question is, Will it not be an issue to apply as OC instead of BC-D to which I belong. will it be a problem during antecedent verification process. I would be thankful if you can address this issue.

For OC no certificate is needed. Even obc, Sc,and ST shall get their chance in OC first, and only after that the reservations will start. If an OC is selected on merits under OC the other person in the obc as the case may be shall get his turn
