Regarding bail


I am on interim bail for last 7 dates and 7 month on date 5 there was hearing of my bail and the complainant came along with her father and advocate submitted application and oppsoe my bail i wana know is there any law or judgement which i can submit that op or his lawyer can not oppose bail as 498a is a state case vs accuse i am brother in law and husband not party in this case plz do suggest me or what i can do

no. complainant can oppose the bail. however now a days courts are taking lenient view in offences of 498 a for granting bail

They can oppose your bail.

You are already granted interim bail, so there must be some grounds on which bail was granted. You talk your lawyer and nullify the point which they have mentioning for opposeing your interim bail.

All the experts are right.     Your understanding of Sections 301 and 302 of The Criminal Procedure Code is strange.    These have nothing to do with bails.
