I am a migrant to chennai from kerala. I obtained my obc certificate from chennai tahasildar office with my chennai address on it. My origin is kerala ezhava caste. when i applied for central govt job, they withheld my final results as my caste is not in tamilnadu list. they ask to get certificate from chennai with kerala address int it. my parents are in kerala. please clarify which address to be mentioned in obc certificate (at the bottom part)
