By taking personal loan I have given 1 Lakh Rupees to one of my friend for his business, am not any kind of partner nor nothing in his business, he pledge his site original documents with me as a security purpose, given in the year 2013 for friendship not for any kind of business deals, till today he didn't cld me back, I have cleared my personal loan of 1 Lakh Rupees and went his home to speak with his mother after 3years, now it's almost 6 years still those original site
documents I have, So with those documents can I fight with them ? Please confirm, her mother saying that we don't know anything don't ask us like this her mother is responding.

I think just your friend is not willing to pay you the loan, just having the documents of his property does not entitle you for any right over them. Even you are safegaurding them as a custodian. They can get duplicate issued in their favour. You cannot calim anything on the basis that you have the documents belonging to someone else.
