Regarding Pay fixation

I was a central govt employee . I had served from 07 Mar 2011 to 21 Mar 17 on the post SSA (previous known as. UDC) in the pay scale 5200-20200 with Grade pay 2400/. After the 7th CPC my basic was 27100. I had applied in Uttar Pradesh govt for the post Chakvandi lekhpal in the pay scale 5200-20200 with grade pay 2000/ through proper channel. On the selection I have technically resigned from cent govt and join new appointment . plz confirm whether my basic will be protected on new post in UP govt as this post is having lower grade pay.
