Gujarat Wakf Board Filed FIR against Trust against the fraud of 12 yrs not submission of audited account and other major fraud By FIR no 24/2017 against 6 trustee
all the trustee after 1 year police file charge sh*t and they removed one trustee from charge sh*t.as tustee say that he resigned in 2006 in the beginning gujarat wakf board replied that there are no record found about resignation now court ordred the police to re investigate about that now gujarat wakf says we asked to trustee and he says that he resigned in 2006 ....
so is that valud answer and police have any rights to remove name from chargsh*t.....
