Hello Everyone!!!
Miss 498a have filled another case which is HMA 24, 125crpc. We have put answer in against her court notice now few days back i got her bank statement where we clearly see that she earning 6k around. So now i have her bank statement and education certification.
So what should be my next step to fight this case? Is this enough to prove that she is capable enough to survive? Should I require more proof?
Seniors please advice.

are she has some other source income which she showed in application or you have any knowledge about same than yu show in court and prove all so after all court will decide on this other court give order in her favour....

She write down in the affidavit that i am helpless i am not able to go for the job i dont have job .
