Dear Sir/Madam
I myself (for last 4 years)and my inlaw (for an year) have a house at hosur which is just said to be panchayat approval.
I hold a individual patta for one of the house and a normal patta for the survey sector for the other location.
Pls advise on consequence if any because sites/plots are not HNDTA/DTCP approved.
I am worried pls advise how to tackle this and what other options are there which i can take to get my plot 's and house secured,
