It would be advisable to engage a local lawyer for looking after the legal aspect and technicalities that would arise from the redevlopment of the society ,as it is a major transaction and a large amount of money is at stake, hence the money spent on legal fee would be negligible and the benefit shall be immense as some of the problems that may arise in future shall be taken care of in the present even before the same arise.
