I am staying in the BMC Building and the same is declared dilapidated by BMC, prior to that we have appointed builder for redevelopment of the building, we have signed consent so far. Recently BMC disconnected light and water supply of the eniter building we ask builder to resume the same which he did. Now we spoke to builder that we want to move out of the building so he said he will provide 50% rent on humanitarian ground and ask to sign Individual agreement prior to IOD and also ask to handover the keys.
I need your suggestions wheather we should sign the individual agreement prior to IOD and handover the keys to the builder.
Please consider this as urgent.
