Wherther the court fee is calculatrd on the actual amount claimed or the interest deemanded is also clalculated while calculating the court fee?
Eg- A company suied an ex employee for recovery of money for the notice period and contained a clause that the money shall be calculated @12% pa. then how shall be the court fee calculated ?

it depends upon the suit amount.

Court Fee has to be calculated on the principal amount claimed,while filing the suit.
