Husband and Inlaws conspired to gether and killed wife.police booked them under 302and 304b and remanded.
parents of the wife has given gold and cash upto ten lakhs as stridhan to wife.so how to recover it.
Parents live in hyderabad and the wife used to live in nellore so where tofile the suit.
Please suggest good remedy.
suggestions are highly aprreciated.

If you want you could file the suit at Hyderabad. If you can manage to establish that the said articles were handed over at Hyderabad, then the same shall confer jurisdiciton over the hyderabad courts as the cause of action would be stated to have arose there.
I personally feel that the legal system fucntions much faster over there. I have a colleague who practises there. He is fantastic at his work. In case you are interested I could forward his contact details to you.
