Recovery of pocession

DEAR ALL LAWYERS

PLS NOTE, MY FATHER IS FREEDOM FIGHTER, EX SERVICEMEN, POLITICAL SUFFERRER, UNDER CENTRAL GOVT HE WAAS ASSIGNED 9 ACRE LAND IN  YEAR 1967., , IN  PASARAGONDA VILLAGE, ATMAKUR MANDAL, WARANGAL DIST.

MY FATHER IS PASSED AWAY IN 2011.

MY FATHER DID CULTIVATION TILL 1978-80, ., BY TENANTS, AND NO RECORDS OF THEM .

HE HAS NOT CONTINUED, CULTIVATION AND WE DONT KNOW THE LAND FURTHER CULTIVATIONS.

MY MOTHER GETTING CENTRAL GOVT PENSION FREEDOM FIGHTER CATEGORY.

WE HAVE PAHAANIS 1967,73-74, 74-75,-75-76 STATING FAATHER AS PATTADAR. ORIGINAL

WE HAVE OLD PASS BOOK 3 PAGE - WHERE FATHER IS PATTADAR 1980 YEAR

NOW I COLLECTED PAHNI COPIES FROM MRO , 1975-76, 1980-81, 1990-91, 1995-96, 2000-2001, 2005-6, 2010-2011, THEN FROM MEESEVAA 2011,12,13, 14, 15, 16. IN  ALL FATHER NAME S PATTAADAR, ENJOYMENT NAME AS OTHERS WITH PURCHASERS NAME. 

ROR 1B = WE HAVE 1980 IN FATHER NAME PATTADAR, MEESEVA ELECTRONIC 2015, AND CURRENT DATE= FATHE AS PATTADAR., WITH DOTS IN CURRENT ON LAND COLUMN.

WE HAVE FAISAL PATTY 1974-75= FATHER AS PATTADAR

WE HAVE CHOUFASLA = 1974-75= FATHER AS PATTADAR

WE HAVE SUPPLEMENTAARY SETHWAR 1974-75-76, FATHER AS PATTADAR

W HAAVE EC NIL= 1975-2015 , I TOOK FOR ALL 3 \SURVEY NOS.

LAND OCCUPANTS HAVE SHOWN ONE PAGE 10 INR STAMP PAPER = SALE AGREMENT PAPER, SIGNED BY FATHER SHORT SIGN, IN YEAR 1988, BUT THEIR NAMES ON POCESSOR COLOUMN IN YEAR 1980 ONWARDS ITSELF., MRO SID THEY DID BINAMI , BUT NO REGISTRATION DETAAILS., 

NOW - WE ASKED MRO FOR MUTATION AND VACATING OCCUPANTS., AND ON WHICH LEGAL DOCKETS THEY R ELGIBLE TO CULTIVATE. ?????

PLS ANSWER, ROLE OF MRO/RDO HERE BASED ON FACTS OF DOCKETS - AS ON TODAY FATHERS NAME NOT CHANGED FROM PATTADAR COLUMN AS PATTADAR ONLY.

They do not have legal documents and what ever they have is of little use, you can sue them for recovery of property but on the other hand they may claim adverse possession, since you are not in possession, you may not succeed in getting  injunction, you have to go through tough civil legal battle to succeed.

freedom fighters assiggned land is under POT ACT 1977. SO THEY R NOT ELGIBLE O BE ON OVER LAND FOR CULTIVATION. IT IS MRO DUTY TO TAKE MGESTERIAL ENQUUIRY AND TO INITIATE EVICTION AND RECOVERY OF POCESSSION. AS 5, 10 INR STMPS , WHICH ARE UNREGISTERED CNNOT BE HOLD LEGAAL VALIDITY IN TERMS OF TRAANSFER ACT 17. , AS UNREGISTERED SALE DEED DOESNOT CONFIRM OWNERSHIP AND ALSO DOESNT BATTLE S ADVERSE POCESSION CLAIM AS , -THIS LOANDGRABBING IS NOT LEGAL, IF THEY COULD HAVE REGISTERED THE SALE DEED THIS COULD BE PLUS POINT TO THEM. N THEIR SALE DEEDS RE OVERWRITTEN., NO BOTH PARTIES SIGNED, EVEN  THEY CLAIMED ALSO THEN SAYING FROM 1988 PURCHASED, THEN HOW THEY R ON LAND SINCE 1980 PAAHANI ENTRYS-TO 2016. MORE OVER A SURVEN NUMBER VANISHES FROM WEB FROM 1990 YEAR ON WARDS ??????/ AND PATTA LAND MADE S LAONI PATTAS NAME ???????????????????/ HOW ALL ARE ENTERTAINED IN A LAW OF JUSTICE ??????????????? PLS ANSWER
