Recovery of money from tenant

tenant left the house without any prior information and took the main door keys with him. Agreement was done and now he is not picking up the phone. since Three months he was not paying money. and was requesting for additional time. Electricity bill also not paid by him. Please advise how to recover money from him. Damage to house can only be seen after breaking the lock of main door. Please advise
