Sir,
There is a company "ABC Limited" in Surat. It sold goods to a company named "XYZ Pvt. Ltd." in Delhi.
The main Director of the company "XYZ Pvt. Ltd." has died. Now the company runs by the daughter and wife of that dead director. The company is not in the possition of paying the money.
How can I secure my amount? How can I get money back? Where I can file a suit for recovery for money?

you can file a recovery suit on the xyz company and you can do it in surat itself from where the goods had been sent by abc company
