Sir, Upon persuasion of my neighbour to join speakasia mlm company, i had deposited Rs.1 lakh by bank transfer in one of the franchise of speakasia. I have bank transfer record showing that transfer of funds had taken place fm my account to the account of franchisee. Now that company is closed I did not get any money. My neighbour is refusing to accept any liability for this and pay me any money.
Is there anyway I can recover this amount? can I file case against my neighbour or against franchisee of speakasia or against speakasia company? Pls guide me.
