I am living in USA since 2005 and resident of Telangana state. My Mom and Dad got divorced in 2007. My Dad expired in 2011. My Dad sold 25 acres of inherited agricultural land from my grandfather without my or my Mom's consent. The land sale transactions happened between 2005 and 2010. I already collected all the pahanees from MRO office and registration documents from sub registrar office using RTI act. What should be my next steps and what are the chances of reclaiming that already sold land? Thanks in advance.
