Recent rbi norms on cheque alteration

Dear all,

Is there any recent amendment to the material alteration of cheques as proposed by RBI? The last notification in this behalf as I know, came on 22nd Feburary, 2010, did any notification came after this ?

P.S : I have attached the last notification i.e. the one on 22nd Feb, 2010
