Receiving demonitized money -

respected sir whether receiving de monitized money as a part of business is offence ? if yes under which law and what is the penalty. please discuss

Is your business such that is permitted by govt to recieve e.g; hospital/chemist shop etc......?

respected sir , i like to know that ,whether receiving de- monitized money as a part of financial transaction it self is offence ? if yes under which act ?i think money landoring act comes in to play .please discuss
