Dear experts,
I am planning on making an application for recalling an ex-parte maintenance order made by a district court in Madhya Pradesh. Could anyone please confirm if the recall appeal can made in a high court of any other state in India or is it mandatory to have it done in Madhya Pradesh high court?

You havn't stated under which section the order was pronounced
