I'm looking to purchase a residential Land/Plot in Gujarat. But before I proceed, I need to know what is the property tax rate for the residential land/plot in Gujarat after the title registration to owner's (buyer's) name? And when is the first due for the property tax? Please let me know if there is designated website to get all the details in this matter?
