Signature on plain paper of an agreement in 1991 is valid in court. In that plain paper three persons signed but today only two people is surviving. Died person children are denying from the agreement.

Concurred with my friend adv.Rajeev. There is no law in India that states that Agreement should be only in Non Judicial stamp Paper, as Indian Contract act recognized oral agreement and this has been time and again restated by the Supreme Court.

It would be very easy in any sort of litigations if the other two signatories will act as the witness of the same.
