In our society, one of the member share certificate was issued in husband name only whereas in sale agreement copy having husband an d wife name i.e. Mr. xyz (husband) & Mrs. Xyz(wife).
Now the member wants her wife name to be added in share certificate and same be given to him. The share certificate was issued some five years back.
Can you guide us, how we as a body should re-issue the share certificate in both names to him and the correct procedure of doing it.
