HI all
i have one question that after the development of the building the land on which the building is made belong to whom? to the society or to the developer and in case if the plot is developed by the any authority like Mhada in mumbai then the land belong to theco-operative society or to Mhada.??

Land belongs to the person or society in whole name it stands Registered in revenue records. For the rights of developer you have to see the agreement between owner of land & the developer.

While developing the building and registering the individual flats to owners, the land is divided and registered as undivided share of each individual owner.
The total land belongs collectively to all the owners.
