In my case charge sheet made IPC 420,406,34, In this complainant made duplicate signed letters and same police has sent to Document Examiner, Can i know the procedure of same and the Time period of Examination?? If any other way for me that how can i know the status of examination... Pls guide

No time normally it takes 2/3 months because of work load at FSL with expert. if there is no load it can come back within week. When opinion of FSL expert is filed before Court you will be given copy or you can pray for copies of documents, because you have to defend yourself. All defendants shall be given all opportunity to defend himself. Justice called all offence should be proved beyond doubt and not on assumptions nothing can be presumed and on its basis nobody can be punished or penalised.

Agreed, time taken would depend on the workload in the FSL.
