Obtain copy of will

Is it possible to obtain the copy of a will by providing name of the person who wrote the will, and the property address? If yes, where should this request be filed? I'm talking about a property in Kerala. Which government agency registers wills?

If it is regd., you can file an application to the sub-registrar of the concerned taluk. If any suit is filed in respect of the will if you are a party then you can file an application for the certified copy of the will. If it is exhibited then only you will get it.
