Marriage

Hello Sir, 

It's critical issue that one couple get married, after married husband has knew to she does not virgin.

then what can do by husband , his marriage is real legal or take divorce.

if we take divorce so his wife is permittable for financial claim.

please help us.

No Remedy, The courts don't support virginity as a conditio sine qua non for marriage. Only if the wife specifically claimed to be a 'virgin' - can you try getting an order of nullity of marriage - claiming her virgin status to be a material circumstances that was concealed/fraud was played.

virginity of a girl is not a precondition for a marriage to be legally valid as per sec 5 of HMA 1955

dont waste ur time for such a issue...it will only attract more problems....and dis issue of virginity is not a Ground of Divorce according to HMA!!

only if the girl has claimed before the marriage that she is virgin and if u are able to probe it than only can get some relief from court
