Leave encashment is the part of ctc??

Hi,

I am working in Pvt Ltd Company, and I want to know that is Leave Encashment is/can be the part of CTC?.

In above question, there is two things some says It "can" be. Some Says "It is". Some says "It is not".

So Kindly clear me this.

No. Leave encashment can not be part of CTC.

Yes I agree with Mr.Lokendra singh. Leave encashment cannot be part of CTC because how many leaves the individual employee is going to avail and how many leaves he is going to encash and when he is going to encash, what is the accumulation eligibility etc can not be forecasted and can't be guided / restricted in addition to this there shall be changes in the Basic & salary structure also hence it is not possible for computation and conclusions hence leave encashment can not be part of CTC.

Hi,

Leave encashment cannot be the part of CTC as it is the entitlement, under the statute, for the employees of every organisation. If all the leave entitled are taken by the employee, no question of encashment arrises at all.
