JUDICIAL ACCOUNTABILITY

In India there is parliamentary democracy with executive, a legislature and an judiciary.the executive is accountable to the legislature,the legislature is accountable to the  people by way of adult franchise.

                                  BUT TO WHOM JUDICIARY ACCOUNTABLE ???

Judiciary Function is independent and not accountable.


That doesnot come under paliament.
