I have a brother.
recently my father gifted me a house & also mutation of the house is done in my name.
my brother & me both stay in this same house which is now legally own by me.
my brother also got another house gifted by my dad.
so i want my brother to leave the house which i got,but he said that he want both the houses.
so i want legal help & how much time it will take evacuate him from my house.
pls help me.

You should send a legal notice to your brother calling him to quit and vacate the house for your own use treating him as a licensee,if he would not comply then file suit for Eviction of Licensee in Civil Court.There would be taken some times to dispose off the suit for lengthy process of laws.
