General Question.

1. A Person(Say Kumar) getting land from parents by way of Settlement Deed. Kumar has all the right on the land, he can do settlement to any person on his own wish before his death. Is that statement correct ?

Yes.   Possible.

 

He can also execute a will or a gift deed.

well the statement is right provided the property is registered in the name of Kumar after the settlement deed.

i suppose the property is worth more than Rs.100, so it has to be transferred by way of registered deed.
