Five year old child name change in school records

You visit the Subhivha Centre @ Local Courts of your District. They will make an affidavit for name change. This affidavit has to be made & attested along with photograph @ such government centre.

Procedure is simple for change of child studying kg. If your want tochage childname you may give affidavit  befoere First lass Magistrate Making locla authoriy ( Municpal Corporation, Munipality) under Registration of Birth and Deaths ACt. If your child name enters in records of Registration of Births. Till not enter in to record o bIrths you may change your child joion in anothe  school and take strep to enter in to record of Births in local office of Municipal corporation.
