Can  a document/deed/agreement be signed by both parties to that document on different date?

If yes! then what will be the execution date?

The latest date on which the parties to the agreement puts their signatures is taken as the date of execution for the agreement.

Why do you want to put different dates and sign, as there will be a date mentioned as signed unto by the above parties this day, date and year?  In nutshell, let the signatories not mention the dates below their signatures as there will be a date in the begining and just above their signatures at the end on the deed/agreement or let it be written by the last signatory the date on which he/she signs.

Dear Madhusudan,

I accept your point, but generally all professional prefer writing dates when hey sing as it creates more reference to their signature. So in that case the last date written will be the execution date..

Thanks

Documentation of some matter is for the security of the transaction. It is usual to  put the  signature then and there by both parties  on the same day shown in the document.
