what would happen in first hearing, normally how much time judge spend on each case on a day. would judge hear entire allegation by wife in first hearing itself,

3) Counter Filing

4) Arguments, Witness etc.

5) Judgement

From step 2 to  5 takes 2 to 3 years of time.
