i m a divorcee stayin in my maternal home,i came back in 2007,however my parents siser n brother started harassing me for my alimony money,the flat where i stay was in my grndmothers name she expired in 1980 n my father has been made title owner in march 97 via some transfer doc .my brthr n father mortgaged the prpty n cld not pay the loan n father sold the property to elder sister n bil to pay the loan,now the property stands in my sister n brother in laws name due to harassment i have asked for my ancestral rights m i entitled as i m being harassed to give my alimony money,my sister was forcing me to sign an affidavit sayin i have no rights,i have refused ,how can i ask for my rights in civil court
