Dear friends, now a days, the legislature is trying to curtail the role of advocates in the society. Nobody bothers. The medical profession has become commercial hub for India. Likewise, why legal profession can not be termed as commercial service ? Why it is being called noble profession and advocates are being put to hardship for each and everything. Anybody cares about this kind of anarchy being developed by the courts and legislature ?

A true Advocate know law and pulses of the society. Court is the last resort for people. If Advocates are allowed to do whatever they like, it would create more harm to the society than a doctor to his patient.
