Hello Learned members,
FIR has been filed against my family members and me and sections written are 498a,323,504,114.
There was mention of the 406 in comlaint at CAW however it has been dropped from FIR. Does it mean that 406 (Streedhan recovery) will not be there in my case ?
Please suggest.

Sometimes police include this section in chargesheet though its not initially there in the FIR so you can expect addition.
