Three Male and one female WANT TO buy a plot jointly in Gurgaon, Haryana. What will be the stamp duty in Gurgaon on Sale Deed.in this case. In Expert Forum, it is advised that it will be 6% but in Gurugram advocates, specialists and others say that it will be 6.5%.
Please advise if anybody has knowledge about it or from where this can be confirmed.

Already replied in another thread. the stamp duty is 6% and Registration fee is .5% i..e. total 6+.5%.

When you have referred other thread, please go through it carefully again and then provide reply please about Rate of Stamp Duty in this case. As regards registration, you have advised that Registration will be 5%. ARE YOU SURE? PLEASE CHECK AGAIN.
