Rajasthan cooperative society act

A caste's society (Mahasabha) got registered in 1951 and got a registration number. Rajasthan Societies Registration Act came into force in 1958. I am not aware at the time of registration in 1951, which act was in enforcement and under which act it got registered.

My questions :

1. In 1951's act, was there any rule of renewal of registration in every 5 years? If yes, then renewal was compulsory in 1956 and if it not got renewed then what effects took place?

2. Is there any rule of renewal of registration in current 1958 act. If yes, then please mention clause and/or sub clause?

Thanking you.

Best Regards,
Girish Sharma

Make a simple RTI Application to State Public Information Officer, Sub Registrar Societies and get the authentic information.

Thank you very much sir. I will move towards your suggestions. Between, (some legal doubts), if you please shed some light on : 1. Was there any compulsory of renewal of registration in Indian Cooperative Registration Act, 1860? If yes, then what effects upon registration took place if renewal did not sought well in prescribed time ?
